Black plates, Pininfarina design with the top of the line engine? This one may be worth the asking price. Be sure to check rocker panels, trunk & floorboards for rust.

1970 Buick Skylark (454 Big Block)

From the seller:
Hello I have 1970 Buick Skylark, I've swapped out the engine to a 454 big block. The car push(e)s around 450hp, the paint and body are in great shape.

$6,500 OBO

eBay listing. Previous listing at $5,500 had no offers. Only one sale of a 1970 Skylark on eBay for the month of April. It sold for $720.00, obviously a parts car or fixer upper.

Thoughts:
According to the eBay listing the interior needs doing. That's $500 for repro covers (front and back), $200 for seat foam and $250 for a pair of spring assemblies (if needed). A dash cover will set you back $50.00. Oh, and you will have to put a few gauges back in the dash. Mileage is at 100k, three owners. That's not too bad. Who needs originality when you've got all that horsepower. Get it for $4,500, fix the interior and you are good to go. When this muscle car gets it's proper respect, you just may get your money back and then some.

Thoughts:
I like the blue plates and the fact that here is no air brushed shark on the side. It's hard to tell what's going on due to the low quality pictures. Paint looks good, wheels are shiny and the suspension seems to be sitting nicely. I LOVE the tacky interior. Oh, I just noticed the ROCKSTAR energy drink sticker on the rear window. I was going to say go at it for $4,000, but with that sticker don't go over $3,750.
Seriously, if there is documentation to go along with this seventies classic, adjust your price accordingly. Could be a lot of fun... is that a water bed in the back?

And finally, I just found this on an Econoline forum:
"For Sale--1974 E100--V8 & Automatic, Runs Real Good--Portholes & Sliding Side Door--Chrome Grill--Nice Upholstery Inside, Very Clean--New Battery--Good Tires & Chrome Rims--Will Help With Shipping---$3900"

$3,900!!!

And here are some better pictures:
